Privacy policy

This policy explains how Tatuí Tech handles personal data received through this website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD). It describes the website's current setup.

Data controller

Tatuí Tech is the trade name of RAFAEL CAVALCANTE SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 49.004.467/0001-07, headquartered at Avenida Paulista, 777, Bela Vista, São Paulo – SP, Brazil, postal code 01311-914, which is responsible for this website and for the processing of the personal data described in this policy. What data we process

• Data you provide in the contact form: name, e-mail, company (optional), subject (optional) and message, plus the language of the page the form was sent from.
• The IP address of the person sending the form, used only in the server's temporary memory to limit abusive submissions.
• Technical access logs (such as IP address, date and page) that the hosting provider may keep under its own policy.
• If you choose to play the Showreel video, YouTube (Google) receives technical data from the playback, such as IP address and browser and device information.

The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The only third-party content is the Showreel video, served by YouTube only if you choose to play it.

What we use it for

To reply to your message and continue the conversation you started, and to protect the form against abuse. We don't use this data for marketing.

Legal basis

Consent, recorded when you tick the form's checkbox, and preliminary steps related to a possible contract, where applicable.

For the YouTube video: your consent, given when you click “Play video” after the notice.

Who we share it with

With the providers that operate the website on our behalf: hosting (Vercel) and delivery of the form e-mail (Resend). The message reaches Tatuí Tech's mailbox (contato@tatuitech.com). We do not sell personal data.

If you play the Showreel video, Google (YouTube) receives the playback data and processes it under the Google Privacy Policy.

International transfer

These providers and, if you play the video, Google may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. The transfer follows LGPD art. 33.

How long we keep it

Form data stays in Tatuí Tech's mailbox for as long as needed to reply to and follow up on the contact. The website does not store this data in a database.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not set cookies. It uses the browser's session storage (sessionStorage) for a single functional item: remembering which project you opened a case from, so you return to the same point on the page. This information does not identify you and is deleted when the tab is closed.

The Showreel video on the home page is served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing from YouTube loads until you click “Play video”, after a notice; the choice applies only to the open page and is not stored. That is why the website shows no cookie banner.

When it plays, the YouTube player may store information in your browser, such as local storage, under YouTube's domain. In this mode, Google states that the viewing is not used to personalize your YouTube experience or ads. To delete this information, clear the site data for youtube-nocookie.com in your browser settings.

If other tools that use cookies or browser storage are added, this section and the consent mechanism will be updated first.

Your rights

You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about sharing, and withdraw your consent (LGPD art. 18), by writing to contato@tatuitech.com.
